- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Firstly I thought the staff were friendly and helpful and this review is more representing UPS as a whole. When I shipped my package the address was wrong, it could have been either one of us, but then when it was corrected someone didn't put the numerical apartment it was going to in. So I had to pay another $20 to correct it... which the outsourced rep did by instead of "Apt. F" to "Apt. OFF". After contacting customer support they refused to refund me for their mistake, won't help me with the confusing claim process and have made this a horrible experience.
